If you are not completely satisfied with your Alpha-Stim® unit, return it within 30 days, postage prepaid, in its original salable condition, including all accessories, original packaging, manual, treatment protocols and DVD (if purchased with AS-100). Please contact us to obtain a return authorization (RA) number. The purchase price will be refunded minus a 20% trial fee, and minus the cost of shipping and handling at the time of purchase. This policy applies only to Alpha-Stim® units purchased directly from The Proven Remedy. Sales of accessories, supplies, tapes, books and multiple units are final. For your protection, all packages should be sent to us through a traceable and insurable method. Used and "as-is" sales are FINAL and are not qualified for return unless otherwise arranged in the terms and conditions at the time of sale.

Return Process:

• All returns must be made with a The Proven Remedy issued Return Authorization (RA).
• Products must be received within 10 days of RA issuance.
• Merchandise must be returned complete, and in its original packaging from The Proven Remedy.
• A copy of the packing slip or the customer receipt must accompany all returns.
• A refund will be issued to the original credit card within 1-2 billing cycles. Billing Cycles are typically 30 days in duration.

How do I receive an RA?
Contact Customer Service at The Proven Remedy to receive your RA. The RA will include instruction on returning your product.

Is there a restocking fee for returned items?
No restocking fee shall apply to returns made as a result of The Proven Remedy or its vendor's error.

For all other returns, a restocking and processing fee will be assessed. The restocking fee shall be equivalent to the manufacturer's restocking fee. The processing fee is equal to 10% of the transaction value. The restocking fee and processing fee shall never exceed 30% of the unit’s transaction value.

Are shipping fees refundable?
Shipping fees are fully refundable to returns made as a result of The Proven Remedy or its vendor's error. Shipping fees are NOT refundable for all other returns.
